A Foundation
Initially it emerged from a service consultant "The Millennium Spore" in the year 2000 but since 2010 it has been known as "A Foundation" with the basic social principle that all Gen-Y (18-28 years old) people should have beyond-books education with equal opportunities, irrespective of their birth and social status.
A Foundation is a developmental organization run by a group of professionals facilitating community development initiatives since it came into existence. Our strategy is to empower the vulnerable sections of the society irrespective of category and community by building their capacities through beyond-books education, vocational training and skill-based development.
"A Foundation" organizes free soft skill, behavioral training, professional development workshops and other counselling awareness programmes at different schools, colleges, institutes and also at "A Foundation" to empower the aspiring students for a bright future as part of its Academic Social Responsibility (ASR), irrespective of caste and community with confidence, right attitude and commitment.
